1. Taking in charge of the AAB Sales in a specific territory of the world.
2. Exceeding targets that previously defined, clarified and set up by the company
A. Maintain the current customers in the countries of the territory in regarding:
Sales - reach the targets defined by the company and increase the sales (money and profit).
CR (Customer Relationship) - keep in contact routinely with the customers and at least once a month contact them via phone.
Provide solutions to customer needs and follow up to make sure the customer satisfaction and get the feedback from customers.
B. Develop and enlarge “New Sales” (money and profit) within the territory.
Using different sources to locate new customers, find the ways to contact with them until finally reach orders from these customers.
Different sources to find new customers can be internet, data-base Resources, personal connections, exhibitions and other open-minded-creative ideas.
C. Be part and share the process of the set-up for annual targets made by the company.
Prepare actions plan and schedules to reach these targets and get the confirmation from the company.
Prepare and present monthly report to the managers of performance Vs. Targets.
D. Understand that payment is a solid and major part of the annual targets and make sure to act accordingly. Understand that this will influence the monthly and annually performance evaluation.
E. Manage the activity and the staff within the Territory-sales-team.
Responsible for the team members’ performance.
F. Understand the importance of information-sharing within the company and act accordingly.
Deliver to marketing inputs and feedback from the territory about new market trends include customer needs, prices, designs, technology and all other new data that can assist the company marketing business development (BD) and business intelligence (BI).
1. Permanent residence in Guangzhou, China.
2. An individual who is self-driven person with target oriented attitude, proactive attitude that can work under pressure.
3. Able to communicate well in English &Franch;(Read, write and speak). Prefer a person from France.
4. Good interpersonal skills, Representative person.
5. Able to perform an action of sales.
6. PC knowledge in internet and office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and other software’s are an advantage).
7. Willing to travel abroad.
8. 2-3 years’ experience in sales in general and international sales in particular is an advantage.
9. International driving license is an advantage.
