1. Job title: English Teacher;
2. Provide English course to students of all ages (2 to 6 mainly) ;
3. Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;
4. Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;
5. Handle class sizes：6 students;
6. 5 working days per week, available on weekend;
7. Working hours per week: 35 (30 Classes + non-teaching);40 min per class
1. Basic salary: 16000-19000 RMB per month;
2. Bonus system
a. Contract completion bonus: 3000-15000 RMB;
b. Bonus for new teacher recommendation: 1500 RMB
c. Overtime pay: 150 RMB for per extra ACH
d. Quarterly bonus: 0-6000K RMB depending on performance
3. Allowance system
a. Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB per month;
b. Round trip Flight allowance: 6,000 RMB (paid with the first month salary) + 6.000 RMB (paid with the last month salary)
