This role includes learning on Foreign Direct Investment/business environment in Asia and supporting with various tasks to help with BD strategy for overseas markets. We are looking for passionate candidates who want to learn on business environment in emerging markets in Asia and self-driven to archive goals indicated by the supervisor. The program includes the following:
Job duties and responsibilities:
• Monitor business, economic, and political news in Asian markets, especially China,
• Research and analyze current economic, market, business and regulatory issues in Asian markets
• Write at least one article a week, and develop a specialization over time
• Coordinate, develop and maintain relationships with partners and industry networks
• Support business development activities including document preparation, organizing events

Preferred qualifications and skills:
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Educational background in journalism, business, economic, legal or political studies
• Exposure to formal research, editorial work and/or international business issues
• Ability to produce professional research on complex issues and developments
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
• Demonstrable interest in Asia and/or its business environment
• Interest in developing a career as a journalist, editor, analyst, or consultant
• Interest in working with a multinational corporation to help foreign investors succeed
