ESL teacher for public schools in Shenzhen

Responsibilities：
1) Prepare and deliver English lessons;
2) Prepare appropriate lesson plans and PPTs;
3) Assess students’ work and provides feedback;
4) Attend staff activities;
5) Maximum lessons: 20 per week;
6) Office hour: according to school's arrangements;
7) Student age: 3-6 (kindergarten); 7-12 (primary school); 13-15 (middle school);
8) Textbook: according to schools’ arrangements;
9) Must be willing to be involved with school life.

Compensation:
1) Monthly salary: 13K-20K RMB;
2) 3000RMB for monthly housing allowance or off-campus shared accommodation;
3) Social insurance;
4) Paid public holiday + summer / winter holiday allowance;
5) Paid residence permit and medical check;
6) Regular teaching training;
7) TEFL course available free to Haida staff (conditions apply);
8) Opportunities for promotion and career advancement with Haida;
9) Ongoing team-building activities;
10) 5,000RMB airfare allowance paid on contract completion.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor's degree or above;
2) Possess teaching certificate, eg. TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, PGCE;
3) Native English speaker;
4) With experiences are preferred;
5) Non-criminal background check;
