Teaching classes of no more than 24 students in the context of an integrated curriculum.
Using current curriculum and/or adding classes and expertise to fulfill the needs set for that particular subject
Create lesson plans,classroom management,grade assignments,monitoring students
Working with discipline team to continue an ongoing development of high school performance curriculum scope and sequence
Participating fully in the demanding and rich life of the school, particularly in preparation for school events and extra-curricular activities
Keeping careful anecdotal and assessment records and using them to write accurate, comprehensive reports
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Native speakers
B.A., B.S., B.F.A. or B.Mus. degree or an equivalent degree or educational qualification from an accredited college or university
teaching certificate preferred
At least two years full-time teaching experience
Strong communication abilities including speaking and writing
A friendly, patient personality, sensitive to the needs of a diverse group of students.
Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes.
Wide-ranging intellectual and educational interests and ability to commit to a creative, integrated curriculum

Changsha Cogdel Cranleigh School (CCS) is a newly built modern campus located in Lixin Street and covers an area of 124 acres with a total construction area of 83,000 square metres. The school officially opened in the autumn of 2020 with an initial intake of 404 students and over 120 faculty members.
The school is a partnership between Cogdel Education Group and the prestigious Cranleigh School in the UK and is the first of many locations across China.
