- Responsible from client acquisition for their hiring need (permanent / contract positions) to client servicing and billing management
- Responsible from gathering requirement from the client to driving the recruitment team to service the requirement and deployment of the candidate
- Responsible for managing offshore recruitment team to achieve sales target
- Build and maintain good relationship with external parties and identify potential clients from different sector such as BFSI, Retail, Banking, Telecom, ICT, Shipping and Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG etc.
- Degree Holder in Business / HRM / Communication / IT or related disciplines
- At least 2 years’ experience in B2B sales management (IT outsourcing / consulting in recruitment industry is preferred)
- Understanding the recruitment markets in Hong Kong (and countries in APAC is preferred)
- Experience on networking and building client relationships
- Can work under pressure and achieve sales target
