LOVENSE is a leading sex tech company, which makes sex toys for long distance couples, cam models and VR enthusiasts. Over the last 4 years we've gone from a small start up to a high growth company- growing from $400,000 to $30 million in annual sales.
We are looking for an experience CMO with a demonstrated history of driving aggressive growth, revenue and profitability to focus on customer acquisition and retention and to drive profitable sales. The CMO will take ownership of setting the marketing vision, creating strategies to maximize the productivity of marketing spend and utilizing marketing initiatives to achieve corporate goals. This position oversees the marketing efforts, including digital, e-commerce, PR, social media and retail. He/she is responsible for business growth through the look, the feel, and the tone of the brand, increasing the brand equity and brand awareness.
Act as a thought-leader for Lovense globally, including all aspects of digital acquisition, business development, branding, public relations, communications, online and offline media marketing; customer engagement and retention, advertising strategy, and marketing analytics
Work with department and business unit executives and senior executive team to develop marketing strategies for company growth which includes determining which new line of business, markets and services the company can go into
Manage and build global marketing teams including SEM, SEO, Social Media, E-mail, Content, Landing Pages, Affiliates, Metas, Display/retargeting, Mobile, Content, Branding and PR
Create marketing plans, roles, budgets, goals and targets for all of the above teams
Lead all online revenue optimization efforts including online ad sales, partnerships, affiliate sales, loyalty programs
Work with products team to identify, develop and implement new revenue streams
Identify and leverage critical market and competitive data to segment and define target markets
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related degree; MBA preferred
10+ years in marketing leadership including experience with product launch
Proven background in developing and executing marketing plans that include both offline channels (brand development, PR, Trade Shows, etc.) and online channels (SEM, SEO, Metas, Affiliate/White Label, Display, Mobile, E-Mail Marketing, Social Media, Content, etc.) with a primary focus on customer acquisition and significant emphasis on performance, measurement and continuous improvement
Strong analytical skills, including strong data and financial analysis skills
Strong project management, execution and communications skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity and change within a fast paced environment
