Main Responsibilities of the post：
This park implements the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the chairman of the board of directors, responsible for the kindergarten's teaching, school affairs and garden affairs, whose main responsibilities are:
1、Conscientiously implement the kindergarten Work Regulations, private Education Promotion Law and other relevant national laws and regulations, guidelines and policies as well as the instructions of the higher authorities.
2、Proceed from reality, do political and ideological work thoroughly and carefully, and care about the ideological work, life and health of the teachers and nurses. Often to the whole garden staff conduct professional ethics education, solve all aspects of the contradiction to mobilize the enthusiasm of all the staff.
3、Responsible for the establishment and organization of the implementation of the kindergarten rules and regulations, the implementation of scientific management of the process of publicity and education for the staff, the organization of the staff to learn to master the knowledge of scientific management, methods, skills, skills, and constantly improve the quality of work and teaching.
4、Responsible for the establishment of the organizational structure of the park, review and approve the employment, appointment, dismissal of employees, deployment, promotion, rewards and punishments. Pay attention to team building, encourage employees to love their jobs, arrange various personnel training in a purposeful and planned way, and do a good job in the management of human resources.
5、According to the requirements of the education department of the state, city, district and bureau and the development plan of the headquarters group, make long-term work plan (three years) and short-term work plan (each semester) and summarize according to the actual situation of the kindergarten.
6、Responsible for the quality and safety management and inspection of the kindergarten, supervise and urge the implementation of the health care and food hygiene systems, timely understand the problems found, and ensure the safety of the whole kindergarten.
7、In charge of formulating the work plan of the whole park, supporting various meetings of the park, going into classes regularly, checking the implementation of various works of the park, coordinating relations with the outside of the park, summarizing the work experience and lessons of each link of the park, commending the advanced work, promoting the experience, and communicating with the headquarters, and transmitting from the top to the bottom.
8、Manage kindergarten enrollment in a planned and step-by-step manner, organize various activities within the kindergarten, such as organizing whole-garden sports meeting, party, parents Open Day and other activities, do a good job in parent investigation and social publicity, so that parents fully understand and cooperate with various activities of the kindergarten.
9、To be responsible for the leadership of property management, review, budget, final accounts and rational use of funds.
10、To be responsible for the long-term planning of the premises, equipment, property, greening, infrastructure maintenance, etc., and strive to improve the premises.
11、Inspect the work of each post every day and complete the assessment of relevant supervisors regularly. Regularly convene the garden Council, the faculty and Staff Assembly, the parents' Council, the partnership committee and the Food hygiene Management Committee to play their democratic supervisory role.

2. Class size:
10-30 students in Kindergarten;
30-60 students in primary and middle school;
12 -20 students in language centres;
30-50 students in university;
