Job Responsibilities
• Managing the daily operation for children and parents in close cooperation with the school leadership team.
• Implementation and further development of the educational concept in alignment with the education guidelines;
• Personnel management including regular team meetings, training and development planning and annual personnel talks.
• Responsible for the Kindergarten budget in consultation with the board.
• Interaction with authorities of the City, the governing, external services and other schools.
• Assists in the organization and running of special academic school-wide programs or events

Job Requirements:
•At least 8-10 years or above working experience in education
•Passion in education industry, love children and good at communication with parents
•Willingness to contribute to all aspects of school life
•Ability to understand the needs, challenges and opportunities of an international school community
•Rigorous can-do attitude
