1.向学校领导、DP教师群体、家长和学生传达TOK课程的基本认识与重要意义； To convey the basic understanding and significance of TOK to school leaders, DP teachers, parents and students;
2.研发并实施TOK课程，该课程为期两年，最低需求为100个教学小时，建议每周至少3课时；Develop and implement the TOK course, which lasts for two years, with a minimum requirement of 100 teaching hours and at least 3 class hours per week;
3.TOK课程的核心是批判性思维能力的养成，TOK老师要在培养师生批判性思维能力方面起到示范和榜样的作用；The core of TOK course is the cultivation of critical thinking ability
4.促进所有DP学科教师在TOK课程方面的专业发展（尤其要鼓励他们使用本学科的知识框架）；Promote the professional development of all DP subject teachers in the TOK curriculum (especially encourage them to use the knowledge framework of the subject);
5.与DP学科教师密切合作与反思，帮助他们将TOK融入各学科的单元计划；Work closely with DP subject teachers to help them integrate TOK into the unit plans of various disciplines;
6.熟悉论文和口头表达的评估工具与评估细则，能够熟练应用这些工具准确评估学生作业；Be familiar with the assessment tools and rules of thesis and oral expression, and be able to use these tools to evaluate students' homework accurately;
7.鼓励和支持学生完成TOK论文，为学生提供所需技能的建议和指导，并确保学生论文的原创性；Encourage and support students to complete TOK papers, provide advice and guidance for students on required skills, and ensure the originality of students' papers;
8.鼓励和支持学生准备并完成TOK口头表达（包括口头表达计划表TK/PPD的填写），指导学生提升口头表达的能力，使用口头表达告评估工具进行评估；Encourage and support students to prepare and complete oral expression of TOK (including the filling of oral expression schedule TK / PPD), guide students to improve their oral expression ability, and use oral expression evaluation tool to evaluate;
9.与DP协调员合作完成评估要求，按时记录并按照要求向IBO提交学生的口头表达作业。Work with DP coordinator to complete the assessment requirements, record and submit the oral presentation assignments to IBO on time.
10.Teacher qualification certificate is preferred;
11.Good sense of teamwork, enthusiasm for education, sense of responsibility and patience.
1. 硕士以上学历，有过出国留学或工作经验者优先；Master degree or above, overseas study or working experience is preferred;
2.有同岗位工作经验2年以上，对于IB教学有清晰的认识和把握；Have more than 2 years working experience in the same position, and have a clear understanding of IB teaching;
3.有团队合作意识，对教育负有热情，高度责任感及耐心。Good sense of teamwork, enthusiasm for education, sense of responsibility and patience.
