The job is to handle pre-sales and after-sales service that related to technical issues.
The job responsibility includes the below:
1. Communicate with customers through IM, video messaging(video conferences), telephone, emails to answer questions from potential customers and customers who purchased from us, help to solve problems for customers outside China;
2. Understand customer needs, and assistant sales to make the technical content of the bid document, help to achieve monthly sales target.
3. Make the technical documentations like user manual and API document;
4. Make the training videos to tell people how to use our system;
5. Improve the sales kit from a technical point of view;
6. Other related work asigned from supervisor, if any.
1. From English speaking countries, already lived in China, have work experience in China.
2.College degree or above, IT-related majors, such as computer network administration, information systems management, web technology,information technology, information science.
3. Age from 25 to 30.
4. Fluent in English listening, speaking and writing.
5. At least one year IT-related work experience.
6.Outgoing, good at communication, strong initiative and sense of responsibility, hard-working.
7 hours per day, from 9 AM to 5:30 PM - lunch break from 12 PM to 1:30 PM.
5 or 6 working days per week - alternate
Near Huang Bian Metro Station, Guangzhou, China.
A competitive remuneration package will be offered to successful candidate.
The package includes salary, performance bonus, medical insurance, meal allowance, and social security insurance.
The total monthly income is around RMB 12,000 to 20,000 depending on your work performance.
