Training centre in Nanchang is hiring non native or native English speakers who are holding English teacher work visa.
Location : Nanchang， Jiangxi province
Starting date: ASAP, only consider the candidates who are in China now
(1). Relocation bonus of 10,000 RMB (after-tax) for new foreign teacher
(2). City bonus of 5,000 RMB (after-tax) for new foreign teacher
(3). TEFL bonus of 3,000 RMB (after-tax) for new foreign teacher
(4). Completion bonus of 8,000 RMB (after-tax) every contract year
(5). Demo bonus of 60RMB per sign up (after-tax)
(6). Commercial health insurance every contract year
(7). Five days of paid sick leave every contract year
(8). Three days of paid annual leave in the first year
(9). Paid leave on Christmas Day and all Chinese statutory holidays
(10). Around one-week paid winter vacation
（1）5 days of 40 working hours a week, which includes both teaching and office hours.
（2） Rest days are Monday Tuesday OR Wednesday Thursday, which will be decided on the contract.
（3） 1 session lasts 35 to 45 minutes. If you teach more than 20 sessions in a week on working days, you will receive 120 RMB (after-tax) for each of these additional sessions.
（4）If you are willing to teach on rest days , you will receive 250 RMB (after-tax) for each session taught on your rest days.
Salary is 18000-22000 including house allowance based on your education background and experience
Native or non native who are holding teacher work visa, prefer the teachers who have teaching experience. But we also have free training for the new teachers.
(1)Preparing lessons using our pre-made lesson plans and curriculum.
(2)Delivering excellent lessons using resources provided . Class size is 9-14.
(3)Teaching demo & open classes. (Demo classes are free classes for potential (4)students and open classes are designed to show student's improvement to parents)
(5)Attending regular meetings or trainings.
(6)Being involved in occasional marketing activities.
