High school Teacher (Business&Economics), Full-time needed in Huai‘’an City, starting from September 2021.

Job Description:
•To teach Business Studies and Economics at the International Foundation program in Jiangsu Huaian High School
•Grade level: 11&12
•Class size: 15 students/each
•maintaining the integrity of student-related data

Qualifications and Experience
Masters or equivalent level and/or professional qualifications in a relevant subject area (Essential).

Skills (Essential)
1. Demonstrable cross-cultural awareness and understanding.
2. Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop staff.
3. A commitment to teamwork, and a demonstrated ability to manage resources effectively, whether human or physical.
4. A record of achievement in teaching.
5. Communicate effectively with academics in school and externally
6. An ability to set, mark and review formative and summative assessments.
7. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills including native speaker fluency in written and spoken English. Numerate and articulate.
8. Competence in the effective use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT).
9. Proven planning and organizational skills and an ability to take initiative within curriculum and policy objectives.
10. A record of attention to detail, thoroughness, and fairness.
