Responsibilities:

1. Copywriting for all written content including product pages, packaging, press releases, email marketing, etc.
2. Find relevant news reporters and pitch newsworthy developments which happen at the company
3. Create wireframes for product pages which reflect your understanding of the customers’ needs and produce a higher sales conversion
4. Proofread text for others on the marketing team and provide assistance creating the materials if necessary (like ads, SEO meta data, communications to customers, etc.)
5. Present and execute an email marketing strategy

Requirements:

1. Native English Speaker
2. Proven copywriting experience – should have many examples of being able to persuade the reader/listener to perform the call-to-action
3. Ability to see different points of view and produce creative copy based on those understandings
4. Confident and effective persuader
5. Strong writing, editing, proofreading and layout & design skills
6. Knowledge of current trends within the industry
7. Experience with email marketing campaigns that were ROI positive
