Function: Business Development
Identify, develop and secure business opportunities for the company through different channels.
Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal for guiding client the most appropriate solution for entering into the China market.
Be responsible for business negotiation, contract preparing and close deals both individually and as a team member with the potential leads.
Create and conduct efficient sales plan within the overall framework to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop BD channels to acquire more business opportunities.
Maintain the relationship with foreign clients.
Advice clients related to China establishment, employment, payroll, tax, benefits etc.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 2 years business development or client relationship experiences in B2B industry, experiences in human resource outsourcing, corporate formation, tax & accounting is a plus.
Strong customer orientation and sales minded.
Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated to succeed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional presentation, able to negotiate complex business solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Goal oriented, facilitation, presentation and demonstration skills.
Proficient in English, Native English speaker preferred.
