Job Description
1. Prepare teaching and curriculum plans based on the requirements of our school; submit teaching and curriculum plans and other teaching-related materials to the teaching supervisor timely;
2. Complete the teaching tasks and works assigned by the school, including the regular classes and individualized instruction to students after classes if needed;
3. Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to engage students and facilitate learning; make sure students complete their learning tasks and goals successfully;
5. Actively communicate with students' parents about student learning progress and participate in the parent-teacher meeting every semester;
6. Design students' homework according to the outline of each chapter, give constructive guidance on students’ homework; design unit tests and mid-term and final exams, and complete the evaluation and revision of examination papers timely;
7. Prepare and organize various teaching materials and resources, and archive them as required;
8. Participate in teacher trainings organized by the school's principals and other departments; collaborate with Chinese and foreign teachers;
9. Pay attention to professional development: participate in on-campus and off-campus teacher training, participate in collective teaching preparation and research, and accept teaching evaluations regularly organized by the school;
10. Participate in various activities of schools, departments, and classes; participate in and organize various extracurricular activities of students; teach and guide students inside and out the classroom;
11. Participate in meetings host by the teaching supervisor or principal;
12. Earnestly complete other tasks assigned by the teaching supervisor or principal.

Qualifications and Skills
1. Bachelor degree or above, physics major or related discipline major; A-level Physics teaching experience in international high school is preferred;
2. The ability to teach in both Chinese and English, and overseas study experiences are preferred;
3. Love education; a teacher qualification certificate is preferred;
4. Proficiency in the application of multimedia and computer office software;
5. Conscientious, patient, responsible, and good communication and collaboration skills;
6. Share the educational mission and values of our school.
