The daily work of the F&B experience ambassador is mainly to communicate with the guest, listen to the guests’ comment, and provide service guidance to the guest.
1.Executive the working arrangement and instruction of the F&B Experience Manager, in accordance with the management guidelines of hotel catering service management, communicate with guests in all restaurants, so as to let the guests obtain a good experience of consumption and provide satisfactory service to guests.
2.Develop good relations to meet the special needs of guests.
3.Keep abreast of new trends of guest experience.
1.Have good thoughts and morality, strong discipline, and good service concept;
2.Responsible, enterprising and enthusiastic attitude to work;
3.Be familiar with the whole operation procedure of F&B department, have the strong language expression ability, familiar with computer operation;
4.High level of English or Japanese or Korean.
