2. Actively and timely interact with fans, answer all kinds of questions, build good relationships with old followers , and generate more high quality new followers .
3. Collect and summarize all kinds of questions / feedbacks from customers and give solutions in order to creat a nice atmosphere for live streaming and keep on developing the impact of the business.
4. Participate in recording relevant videos and release them on social media platform as the requirements from company.
1.Strong communication and interaction skills and always embrace the new fashion.
2.A big fan of tiktok with great experience in it.
3.Sales / E-commerce experience will be a big plus
4.Native English speaker and it will be nice if you could also speak Chinese.
5. The British and other Europeans are preferred.
6. Be able to work under pressure because sometimes you need to work at night in China time to match the time difference from the UK.
