Subject To Teach ESL teachers in Primary
Teaching Periods per week
No more than 22/20 lessons per week from Monday to Friday (Primary, Junior High)
Office Hours per day 7:40 am to 11:30 am 1:15/1:00 pm to 4:50 pm (Kindergarten,Junior High)
8:00 am to 11:30 am 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm (Primary)
Students’ Age 2-5 years old in Kindergarten, 6-11 years old in Primary
Duration of each class 35 minutes (Primary)

Foreign Teachers Requirements
Degree Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree/Doctor’s Degree
Major subject-related
Age Required Below 40 years old (Kindergarten)
Below 60 years old(Primary, Junior High)
Teaching Experience At least 2 years of work experience
Terms of Employment
Monthly Salary 19,500 RMB (pre-tax) -native speakers
19,167 RMB (pre-tax) -non-native speakers
Accident Insurance No more than 10,000RMB per person under inpatient condition
Travelling Allowance 10,000 RMB (pre-tax) a year
Housing Condition A single-person dorm is provided
Renewal Bonus 10,000 RMB (pre-tax) per year
Seniority-based Pay Rise 200 RMB per month from the 2nd year
Meals or Uniform 3 free meals are offered, school uniforms are offered free
Paid Holidays Paid winter vacation/Paid winter and summer vacation
Annual Bonus 4000RMB to 10000RMB (pre-tax) per school year based on the individual performance
