Our studio is looking for a Narrative Designer who is passionate about systems that weave narrative into the fabric of the game experience, bringing exceptional entertainment to millions of players. Our Narrative Designer is responsible for devising, implementing, and driving multi-disciplinary game features that help to make our characters and world come alive.

WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE
• Brainstorming potential mechanics with the team, helping to find potential issues and solutions to those issues long before the feature is even greenlit.
• Collaborating with writers, engineers, artists, and other designers to discuss and detail how a narrative mechanic will work and how your team will approach building it.
• Helping a writer understand the varied contexts in which their work will be experienced.
• Iterating and meticulously tuning your work in-engine to perfect the way it connects with players.
• Helping a gameplay designer come up with an interesting way to communicate a gameplay mechanic with dialogue.
• Playtesting with and taking playtest feedback from the entire team.
• Balancing narrative mechanics against gameplay mechanics ensuring a sense of clarity, purpose, and meaning behind every moment of the experience.

    Ⅱ. Team Introduction
    1. The company now has more than 200 team members, and nearly 80% of them are in engine and game development team. The company is committed to building large -scale virtualization engine, high-quality games and the best R&D team also developing other products.
    2. After the Founder Wang Xi received his Master's degree in Computer Science from Tsinghua University, he spent more than 5 years in Microsoft Research Asia researching computer and graphics. He held key positions at Microsoft and Bungie studios, and was a member of the core engine team for the top hosting products Halo and Destiny series. In 2011, he returned to China and founded Booming Tech in Hangzhou. He is committed to creating a game engine with independent intellectual property rights. He successfully led a team of engineers and designers to independently develop Chaos engine, and released the large-scale next-generation realistic game " Conqueror's Blade " worldwide.
