Dealer management:
1. Promote the general agent to build a localized service management system according to Geely's overseas service operation standards
2. Supervise overseas dealers to implement various management regulations issued by the company and implement policies to outlets;
3. Analyze the problems existing in the service management of overseas dealers, guide and improve the service management level of dealers and the ability to control service outlets;
4. Regularly visit / stationed overseas general dealers and subordinate service outlets to ensure the achievement of spare parts procurement and sales objectives and service KPI indicators;
5. Check the service network on site, and evaluate and improve the service hardware and operation capacity;
6. Follow up the after-sales preparations of new car dealers, and supervise the new product launch of overseas dealers;
7. Collect and sort out the after-sales needs of market dealers, timely feed back to the relevant back office departments and follow up;
Sales region and background support:
1. Actively respond to and deal with the key and urgent work requirements of dealers fed back by sales region.
2. Support each business module in the background to complete the investigation, tracking and handling of after-sales and other problems;
Competitive market analysis:1. Analyze the after-sales management policies of competitive products, and optimize their own after-sales management systems and processes;
2. Investigate the competitive products in the responsible area, collect the channel, distribution, price, policy and other information of competitive products in the market, and assist dealers to formulate reasonable competitive strategies.
Satisfaction improvement:
1. For general customer complaints in the responsible area, conduct closed-loop tracking, analyze the root causes of complaints, and guide dealers to formulate and implement rectification measures;
2. Promote the implementation of CSI satisfaction survey in the responsible area, find the weak points of satisfaction through difference analysis, guide dealers to formulate rectification measures and track their implementation;
3. Plan overseas dealer service care activities in combination with market demand, and track and feed back the effect of the activities;
