Responsibilities :
1.Responsible for the company's legal affairs in many countries around the world, handling all kinds of cases.

2.Drafting, revising and reviewing foreign-related contracts to reduce risks.

3.Registration, alteration, capital increase and dissolution of overseas company.

4.Provide legal advice for the company's overseas system construction and major decisions.

5.Assist the investment department to participate in the preliminary due diligence and issue a report on the legal part of the adjustment.Provide professional reference advice for investment and identify investment risks.

6.Collect and investigate overseas laws and improve the company's risk control system.

Qualifications :
1.Bachelor degree or above in law, law related major is preferred to pass judicial examination

2.English as working language, overseas education and working background is preferred.

3.At least 5 years working experience, at least 3 years working experience in foreign legal affairs

4.Positive attitude, rigorous work, serious and responsible
