Develop and manage Lovense partnership strategy and ecosystem of partners.
Manage the network of strategic partners that includes streaming platforms, clips selling platforms, games studios and other content and software providers.
Maintain the development of partnership strategies; participate in their execution and management to determine the structure of critical partnerships that facilitate the conclusion of agreements.
Work with existing and potential partners to grow the business and conduct joint marketing activities.
Identify, recruit and develop new partners and be the primary business contact for new and promising partners.
Inform partners about new Lovense developments and updates; share technical and administrative information that will help strengthen cooperation.
Collaborate closely with internal teams: Product, Developer, Marketing and Sales to ensure a smooth on-boarding and launch of new partnership initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
3 years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development, preferably in Tech / IoT industry.
Experience in strategic partnership planning and implementation.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with 3rd party organizations.
Self-starter, innovative and able to work independently.
Passionate about new technology and tech savvy person.
Nice personality, eager to learn and grow.
