• Design and develop custom and standardized battery packs for electric motorcycles and power train components
• Create 2D and 3D CAD drawings, models and renderings
• Create and design full working battery systems inclusive of cells, PDU, control systems, thermal management and mounting structures
• Execute strength and structural simulations for new packs for electric motorcycles
• Create and develop component mounting solutions and installation procedures and produce components with the latest manufacturing methods (CAM)
• Manage, organize and oversee battery production schedules
• Design and create production tooling to speed up efficiency and/or accuracy of battery pack production
• Create quality control systems necessary to bring products and components to meet and exceed QC standards
• Work with software teams to improve on the battery packs control systems, estimation and lifespan
• Work closely to provide support to other departments
