Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage the whole process of localization of 2-3 game businesses, including communication requirements, making plans, booking resources, monitoring execution and translation acceptance, etc.
2. Actively communicate with business and localization stakeholders, fully understand business pain points, and propose appropriate localization solutions
3. Work closely with localization leaders, language experts and suppliers to ensure the achievement of project localization goals
4. Proactively manage changes to project scope and identify potential risks
5. Follow up requirements and monitor the project process, discover and resolve localization risks in a timely manner, and ensure that quality, cost and time requirements are met as planned

 
job requirements:
1. Fluent in Chinese and English, bachelor degree or above
2. A sense of mission, careful work, strong sense of responsibility, strong initiative
3. More than 3~5 years of relevant work experience, project management experience in multinational companies is preferred
4. Experience in game industry localization is preferred
5. Familiar with localization tools is preferred
