Job Description: Mainly responsible for online and hotline platform customer service work, solving and responding to customer inquiries.
Working hours: 7*24 hour shifts, 8 hours per shift
Proficient in understanding and using local languages to be supported(English,Russian, Japanese, Korean, Arabic)
Have good service consciousness, communication ability, teamwork consciousness, stress resistance and execution ability.
Salary: 9000-12000 RMB/month (before taxed), free accommodation provided, 4 person per dormitory.
