Qualifications
1. Master degree or above and management experience preferred
2. At least 10-year experience in international schools or the relevant, including 5 years of teaching management experience.
3. Excellent organizational and management abilities, creative and innovative abilities, expanding abilities, and decision-making, planning and execution abilities.
4. Understand Chinese culture and education system, with cross-cultural communication skills
5. High sense of responsibility and anti-pressure ability, able to handle emergency incidents properly
