1. Qualifications
Native English speaker from Canada, USA, UK and Australia, etc.
Bachelor degree or above, TESOL and equivalent certificates are necessary,
Good command of communication skill
2 years related teaching experience
Passion for teaching and experiencing different cultures
Good health and friendly personality
2. Salary
There is a salary scale for ESL teachers based on teachers’ educational background and
work experience.
Salary scale depends on ability and experience as bellow:
 Bachelor: 240,521-264,521 RMB/year before tax
 Master: 248,856-272,856 RMB/year before tax
3. Benefits
 Housing Accommodation: The School will provide a furnished apartment with furniture
and appliances. For the teacher who choose not to live in school’s apartment, the school
shall pay the housing allowance RMB 1500 per month
 Contract Renew Allowance: RMB 6000 / year for continuously 8 years.
 Airfare: To reimburse 1,000 US dollars for the teacher’s economy class round trip airplane
ticket upon completion of the contract.
 Work Visa and Residence Permit: The school will arrange work visa and residence permit
for the teacher.
 Medical Insurance: The school offers inpatient hospitalization insurance and accidental
insurance.
 Teaching Bonus: Range from RMB 2000-7000 based on teaching evaluation results at
the end of school year
 Computer allowance: RMB1000/school year. 4. Workload Workload is 24.5hours（21.5
classes+1 hour meeting+2 hours IB lesson plan） per week plus 2 classes of out class
activities per week.
