Responsible for cooperation and exchanges with Russia-China key logistics service providers, and continuously optimize the logistics service resource pool; logistics services include but are not limited to Russia-China transportation and warehousing services, international freight (air, sea, rail, cross-border card transport and multimodal transport, etc.), overseas warehousing and transportation services, regional Hub, two-way international freight and e-commerce logistics services, etc.;
3. Responsible for the logistics tracking of Russia-based foreign trade purchase orders, arranging space booking, and docking with shipping companies and customs declaration companies for relevant procedures; handling problems in the process of international freight and import and export of bulk commodities, including document verification, shipping tracking, Customs declaration and inspection, foreign exchange payment and settlement, etc.;
4. Collect and sort out the overall information of the China-Europe train market, establish and maintain relationships with the Railway Bureau Group Company and the train platform company, plan monthly and ten-day travel plans, ensure the stability and sufficient capacity of the China-Europe train, and customize the railway plan based on the company's needs And various intermodal transport solutions including cross-border railways.

job requirements:
1. Have experience in international freight transportation of bulk commodities, such as grain, and experience in import logistics operations;
2. Familiar with customs clearance of imported goods and domestic logistics and transportation arrangements;
3. Familiar with the operation process of China Railway Express or more than 3 years of experience in international logistics operations;
4. Familiar with the operation of the international freight forwarding industry, with knowledge of documents, freight forwarding, transportation and related import and export trade;
5. Rich network resources in the logistics industry (airlines, shipping companies, freight dealers, freight forwarders, top logistics service providers in the industry, international or regional express delivery, logistics service providers in overseas countries or regions, and logistics industry associations, etc.).

1、负责俄罗斯-中国物流相关的服务方案整合和制定，并对新的物流需求进行方案梳理和分析、组织商务谈判、签约并跟踪落实；
2、负责与俄罗斯-中国重点物流服务商的合作交流，持续优化物流服务资源池；物流服务包括且不限于俄罗斯-中国运输和仓储服务、国际货运（空运、海运、铁运、跨境卡运及多式联运等）、海外仓储和运输服务、区域Hub、二程国际货运以及电商物流服务等；
3、负责以俄罗斯为主的外贸采购订单的物流跟踪，安排订舱，对接船运公司和报关公司相关手续；处理大宗商品国际货运和进出口过程中的问题，包括单证核验、海运跟踪、报关报检、付汇结汇等；
4、收集、整理中欧班列市场整体信息、建立、维护与铁路局集团公司、班列平台公司的关系，规划月度、旬开行计划，确保中欧班列运力资源稳定充足，基于公司需求定制铁路方案以及包含跨境铁路的各类多式联运解决方案。

任职要求：
1、具有大宗商品、如粮食的国际货运经验，进口物流操作经验；
2、熟悉进口货物的清关及国内的物流运输安排；
3、熟悉中欧班列运营流程或3年以上国际物流操作经验；
4、熟悉国际货代行业操作、具备单证、货代、运输及相关的进出口贸易知识；
5、丰富的物流行业内的人脉资源（航空公司、船公司、货运庄家、货代、行业Top物流服务商、国际或区域快递、海外国家或区域的物流服务商及物流行业协会等）。
