PYP Coordinator Job Responsibilities 
1. Key Duties and Responsibilities 
1) Model and encourage the development of the IB Learner Profile.
2) Collaboration
3) IB Leadership
4) Pedagogical Leadership
5) Communication to the community
6) Operations and Facilities
7) Staffing and Timetabling
2. Additional Responsibilities 
1) Assist teachers in ensuring that students are prepared for 
success in the Exhibition
2) Assist with organizing the Exhibition schedule
3) Establish the annual Program of Inquiry review
4) Maintain a record of completed IB unit plans for all areas of 
the curriculum
