Generate a differentiated content strategy for social channels, based on business needs, trends, consumer insights and analytics
Set and manage social KPIs and leverage analytics to optimize content performance
Craft an influencer strategy to target key social handles that broaden brand awareness
Manage campaigns from initial concept through to execution and reporting
Act as a brand storyteller, edit and curate the brand voice across all channels
Remain current on news and evolving trends, ensuring Lovense is part of relevant social conversations
Monitor social media conversations, respond to social media queries, comments, and customer service issues to create sense of community and manage Lovense’s reputation
Provide thorough and thoughtful reports, focusing on creative insights in alignment with the wider marketing team
Oversees and approve seasonal content calendar for all channels
Provide support to Chief Marketing Officer as needed.
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Multimedia / Journalism / Communications / Marketing or related field
At least 3+ years of experience working for major brands, ideally in a social media role
Native English language ability strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of social platforms, social publishing tools, and paid social strategies required
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Superior writing and editorial skills, adaptable to different voices
Strong analytical skills and proven record of measuring results
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive within a high-performance team.
International experience strongly preferred.

Over the past few years, we have done almost no marketing. Our main sales channel is direct to consumer via our website… a bit different than typical companies in our industry. Our main markets are the US, Europe, Australia and Canada. We’re currently continuing to expanding sales online and offline via select retail and distribution partners. We’re building out the marketing team to ensure long term growth and success.
