Job Title: Kindergarten Principal

Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a cheerful and vibrant team player who is passionate about facilitating early childhood education to work in our Preschool.
Collaborate with teaching faculty to develop high-quality educational programs and monitor their implementation.
 Fully understand the advantages of our curriculum and campus, responsible to enhance and maintain a solid reputation of our school to the public and the parents.
Working closely with the marketing department and the school’s management team in events such as press conferences, ad campaigns, interviews, open house, seminar and workshop for parents, etc., and help to achieve enrollment targets (the principal is normally based in Meilin campus, but he or she will

need to support the marketing events in other campuses if
necessary).
 Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospect
and enrolled families as well as the school community through verbal communication, correspondence, family events, tours, and other kinds of positive interactions.
 Introduce the latest technology and teaching methods to the school. Introduce up-to-date technology and teaching approaches to the kindergarten, and appropriately apply them to students of different grades and of different learning styles.
Provide advice and channels for sustainable professional development and skills training for all teachers.
 Collaborate with the director and other teaching staff of the kindergarten under the Group to make sure the consistency of the curricula and the instructional styles so that students could make a smooth transition from kindergarten to elementary school under our school system.
 Coordinator for foreign teachers, responsible for performance evaluation and training of foreign teachers.
 Other tasks required by the school.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Education or a related field from an accredited institution.
At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in school administration and 3 years full-time teaching experience in an international setting school.
Necessary credentials for being a qualified Principal are required.
 Experience in IB curriculum is preferable.
Strong leadership with good EQ, and excellent written and
verbal communication skills.
 Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.

Salary : up to 50000 rmb per month depends on qualification
