1. Actively explore new markets by participating in domestic and foreign exhibitions, overseas promotion, Alibaba International Station inquiry, maintenance of regular customers and other methods;

2. Through close contact with customers, explore customer potential and promote orders;

3. Send qualified samples and quotations according to customer requirements, and do a good job of all-round communication and problem handling;

4. Follow up the delivery of products and ensure the delivery according to the quality, quantity, delivery date and transportation mode required by the guests;

5. Timely solve customer problems, complaints and other problems, regularly provide after-sales service and relationship maintenance to customers in the form of email, telephone, etc., and maintain long-term cooperative relationship.
