Job responsibilities:
1. Build the framework of the art curriculum and make curriculum planning; 2. Be responsible for the construction and training of the teacher team; 3. Development, construction, and maintenance of the market channel of the art center 4. According to the strategic objectives of the art center, formulate the work plan for market enrollment, prepare the annual budget, improve the market management plan, and be responsible for promoting the implementation; 4. Lead the marketing team to open up market channels, collect market information of international schools, formulate school competition strategies, and promote implementation; 5. The art center manages the market enrollment fees, coordinates and controls the funds, reasonably arranges the use of funds, controls the budget, and is responsible for the expenses of various market activities; 6. Manage the art recruitment team, formulate annual recruitment indicators according to the development scale of the school's art center, and ensure the smooth completion of the indicators; 7. Participate in various enrollment activities and open day activities, and be fully responsible for the introduction of the art center and parents' questions; 8. Provide guidance and feedback on various open days, DEMO classes, and other activities to ensure the implementation of team details.

Requirements:
1. Graduate degree or above, major in fine arts, art design, education, and other related majors; 2. Have first-line practical experience in teaching and research in senior high school or international school; 3. Love education, have the spirit of research, and have the consciousness of reform and innovation; 4. Hold the high school teacher qualification certificate; 5. Be familiar with A-level/AP/IB international curriculum system; 6. Be able to design and organize
