Support (Main Responsibilities)
1. Assist users with matters related to Zscaler/meraki/Sonicwall/please apply
2. Support App migration related activities
3. Execute Zscaler /meraki/sonicwall App discovery and policy segmentation
Ensure network security by implementing and maintaining firewall rules and policies
Resolve firewall issues and perform network troubleshooting as needed
Work with other IT teams to identify and remediate cybersecurity risks
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures
Regular security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Provide technical expertise and guidance other IT staff.
