Job Description:
1.Assist in building the educational concepts and positioning of the school; achieve academic goals, and assist principal (operations) in building standardized teaching;
2.Build the teaching team and provide supervision for all academic personnel, recruit and train faculty and ensure their retention;
3.Monitor teaching quality, ensure the implementation of teaching plans and improve students’ academic performance. Host regular teaching brainstorming and exchanges, and ensure high-level teaching and tutoring for students;
4.Make training plans for foreign staff, regularly evaluate them and improve their instructional quality;
5.Participate in marketing and enrollment activities, and assist in completing the annual enrollment quota;
6. Assist in handling accidents and disciplinary problems, care for students and manage parents’ expectations, and ensure smooth school operations and build good public images;
7.Fulfill the tasks from headquarters and the International Educational Center, make weekly and monthly reports, and report academic issues timely;
8.Ensure the health and safety of students and faculty in line with the national and local polices;
9.As needed, handle tasks from headquarters or the International Educational Center.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree; master or above preferred
2.With a teaching certificate
3.Be organized, collaborative and confident in leadership, with good communication skills
4.3 + years’ experience in teaching or academic management
5.Be familiar with foreign curricula including AP, A-level, and IGCSE.
