• To plan, prepare and deliver an academic English Language Arts programme which facilitates an active learning experience for all children, in line with the mission and objectives of HTNIA
• To assess, track and evaluate levels of progress and provide feedback to ensure that each child has the opportunity to succeed
• To manage the classroom environment so that it supports and encourages learning
• To always set high expectations, which motivate, challenge and encourage children
• To identify and meet children’s varying needs
• To work towards developing the best combination of Chinese and international learning in a bilingual context
• To ensure outstanding pastoral care and that all safeguarding policies are followed

• To work cooperatively and supportively with all colleagues
• To develop supportive and productive relationships with parents
• To participate in departmental, school based and parental meetings
• To maintain and keep assessment data on children and report on their activity
• To participate in supervisory duties shared by colleagues
• To participate in the co-curricular life of the school
• To support the school’s image and profile

About us
HT Nanjing Impact Academy school is located at the junction of fetian avenue and renshou road, the core area of nanjing airport economic development zone. The investment company is the committee of nanjing airport development zone and Yige Education Group, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. The planned building area is about 70,000 square meters, and the planned enrollment can be accommodated about 2,000 students. The design of the campus takes into full consideration the development needs of students of different ages in kindergartens, middle schools and high schools, and inherits with local areas.
