Responsibilities:
1) Lead a team in the planning and execution of all international PR and communications activities in line with the school’s overall strategic and branding objectives;
2) Manage the creation/curation and distribution of content (e.g. press releases, faculty knowledge summaries, event listings) in various formats (e.g. print, web/digital, audio/video) and across all owned channels (e.g. school website, social media accounts, alumni magazine);
3) Oversee international (non-Chinese) PR and media outreach to secure interviews, op-eds, speaking engagements and other earned media opportunities for school leadership and faculty;

Requirement:s
1) Have excellent English language skills (Mandarin and/or other European languages a plus);
2) Have a degree (master’s preferred) in journalism, media, PR/communications or related field;
3) Have rich work experience in PR/communications or related field, including experience managing a team;
4) Have strong leadership, planning, writing/editing and interpersonal/networking skills;
5) Have an interest in business, management education and China-Europe/foreign relations;
6) Be strategically minded, attentive to detail and able to meet (and motivate others to meet) deadlines;
7) Live in China and be available for domestic and international travel, as needed.
