Position: School Principal
On-board: August 2023

Job details:
-Base salary RMB 60k per month
-Housing allowance RMB 8k per month
-Medical insurance
-Paid leave for summer and winter holiday per year

Requirements:
-Familiar with IB or A-level curriculum
-At least 5 years of experience in the leadership role in the Education induatry
-Masters degree in Education or teaching qualifications like PGCE or QTS is an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Formulating school development plan (both short term and long term) for the Board of Directors’ approval
- Execution and monitoring of the school development plan to achieve the goals of the school.
- Ascertaining the school’s development needs, evaluating and revising as necessary.
- Work closely with marketing personnel on strategic marketing of the school to achieve target
student population
- Interact with prospective parents, when possible, to explain the curriculum and the ethos of
the school
- Curriculum Development and Enforcement of Teaching and Learning Standards
- Management of the School and School Resources
- Other duties as discussed and agreed from time to time
