-Work purpose: Promote the school’s student development goals of Community, Excellence, Self- Motivated Learning, Character, and Global Connection by overseeing the following
areas: College Development and Health & Safety, Character Development, Upper
Classmen Activities, College visits, Transition, and Promoting the SMIC Community

Qualification:
-Bachelor degree or above major in psychology/Education 
-Having 2+ years related work experience preferred
-Native English teachers

Salary & Benefits:
-Salary:23-31K RMB/M before tax
-Visa:work visa provided
-housing subsidy: 3K for Single teacher, 5K for teachers with family
-Medical insurance provided
-Flight allowance: 12K airfare allowance on expiration of contract
