Major Duties & Responsibilities
1. Faculty & Teaching: Assist the President to build an international team, oversee teaching, professional development and evaluation; oversee foreign teachers
2. Philosophy & Culture: Deliver school international education positioning and philosophy in line with the School Board, and build school culture
3. Students activities: Promote and organize Students’ Extra-curriculum activities and clubs to develop students’ interests

Related Duties & Responsibilities：
1. Branding & Admission: Support marketing events and brand building
2. Parent School Connection: Support parent-school relations and PTO
3. The School Networking: Participate in and support all key internal events within the group
4. Public Relations: Support the school to complete or execute the work requirements of the local authorities (the Bureau of the Education), community and the government.

Basic Duties & Responsibilities
Campus safety and security: Work with administrators in ensuring campus safety and security, including but not limited to compliance and operational safety (consistent with Chinese laws and policies); safety in terms of physical body, food, mind, teaching, sports and fire prevention
