Basic Info

1.Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 hours per day 7:40am to 4:30pm, 20-22 lessons (10 new lesson plans) per week, 40min per class;
2.Student Level: Primary school student, Grades 1-6;
3.Size of Class: 14-15 student small group/ 28-30 student large group;
4.Position: Primary School Homeroom Teacher;
5.Location: Qionghai city, Hainan;

Job Description

1.Follow the designated curriculum and make lesson plans suitable for the students accordingly;
2.Provide quality instruction using diverse teaching and assessment approaches appropriately;
3.Effectively manage classrooms to promote learning;
4.Design & implement suitable teaching-related documents;
5.Contribute to subject curriculum development if needed;
6.Participate in school academic and non-academic activities;
7.Engage in collaborative work with Chinese & international colleagues;

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above;
2.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification;
3.Clear criminal background check;
4.Two years of previous teaching experience in subject preferred;
5.PGCE/QTS/US teaching license or other equivalent teaching certificates required;

Salary and Benefits

1.Base salary from 30,000 to 34,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications;
2.Housing allowance 2,000 RMB per month;
3.Yearly bonus: 21,000 RMB each semester, 2 semesters a year;
4.Accommodation provided (1 bedroom and 1 living room outside of school);
5.Work visa provided;
6.Commercial insurance provided;
7.School fee discount for dependents:
-2 years serviced for the school, 60% off for the school fee
-4 years serviced for the school, 80% off for the school fee
8.Flight reimbursement 12,000 RMB available upon contract completion;
9.Monthly training and before school training provided;
10.Holidays:
- All Chinese statutory holidays
- 4 weeks Winter holiday
- 6 weeks Summer holiday
