Responsibilities:
1、Be responsible for the reception, guidance and service of visiting VIP customers;
2、Provide good customer service and maintain the enterprise brand image;
3、Understand and effectively convey the enterprise and product concept;
4、Strengthen on-site coordination with other departments of the company;
5、Be responsible for other work assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:
1、Bachelor degree or above, Under 30 years old, good image and temperament;
2、At least 1 year customer service reception experience;
3、Sweet voice, quick and flexible response, clear thinking, good language expression ability and good at communication;
4、Live in China for more than 2 years and live in Shanghai now, fluent in English and strong Chinese listening and speaking ability is preferred;
5、Familiar with word, Excel, PPT and other common office software;
6、Good sense of service, teamwork, patience and meticulous, serious and responsible.
