1.Responsible for targeted work with potential clients, including interpreting client needs, technical solution discussions, product testing and verification, supplier admission review, project plan alignment, etc.
2.Determine the scope of client projects, clarify requirements, prioritize each requirement, define delivery standards, timelines, and budgets, negotiate with clients, and obtain confirmation.
3.Act as the official interface between the company and clients' projects, ensuring client satisfaction in terms of delivery schedules, quality, etc. Effectively manage client expectations and protect the company's interests from risks such as design changes and plan modifications.
4.Responsible for end-to-end coordination of established client projects, including project initiation, development progress and risk management, resolution of quality issues, product engineering integration, customer PPAP approval, and until mass production of the product.
5.Internal project management:
5.1. Process management: Engage deeply in projects, provide scientific recommendations on project direction, pace, and team collaboration, and ensure process quality. Monitor and report project costs, timelines, risks, and quality.
5.2. Management reporting: Collect and summarize project progress from the perspective of the project management department, identify and extract key issues in a timely manner, report to management, and organize the generation of conclusions. Responsible for the implementation of the conclusions.
5.3. Organize project review meetings: Coordinate and organize project review meetings to ensure high-quality outputs, efficient meeting progress, and effective conclusions. Follow up on the implementation of conclusions.
5.4. Establish and maintain good internal collaborative relationships, including close collaboration with R&D, sales, supply chain, and finance teams.
5.5. Responsible for the preparation and archiving of project-related documents, such as requirement documents, project plans, meeting minutes, reports, etc.
5.6. Ensure projects comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
1.Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM field.
2.Minimum of 5 years of work experience, PMP or NPDP certification is a plus.
3.Familiarity with customer requirement analysis in the B2B business, experience with technologies such as laser radar (e.g., SPAD single-photon), millimeter-wave radar, distance sensors is preferred.
4.Prior experience in industries such as drones, logistics and warehousing, intelligent transportation, Internet of Things (IoT), or material level is a plus.
5.Fluent spoken English, capable of conducting on-site/remote requirement discussions with overseas clients.
6.Experience in working with Fortune 500 clients is preferred.
7.Willingness to travel overseas frequently.
