Job responsibilities:

1. Assist the financial manager of the subsidiary in completing relevant financial management work;

2. Responsible for reviewing the overall accounting processing of Xinma Company, reviewing and preparing relevant accounting vouchers;

3. Responsible for monthly closing of subsidiaries and issuing financial statements;

4. Connect with the domestic headquarters and implement relevant assessment and management work of the headquarters;

5. Responsible for coordinating with external accounting firms, including tax declaration verification, daily reconciliation, submission of external audit materials, and cooperation with external audits;

6. Responsible for the review, registration, and safekeeping of relevant department expense invoices and contracts;

7. Provide relevant financial and tax data and analysis as required;

8. Other assigned tasks;



Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance/tax related field;

2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, fluent Chinese can be used as the Working language;

3. At least 3 years of financial related work experience;

4. Fully understand the tax laws of Singapore and Malaysia, and understand the tax declaration and accounting points of the sales company;

5. Strong sense of work responsibility, strong learning ability, meticulous work, timely feedback, and independent thinking ability;

6. Having accounting related certificates is preferred;

Salary: RM6-10k
