- Monthly starting salary of 11k - 13k RMB (before tax), depending on qualifications and experience
- 2.5 hour workdays
- Class planning time one morning every week for 2.5 hours (9:00am-11:30am)
- Team lesson planning designed to make planning time more efficient and less time-consuming for individual teachers
- Three meals per day at the kindergarten canteen (free of charge)
- Team of Chinese teachers in the classroom who support the English teachers during class time

- Our kindergarten follows the HighScope method, which emphasizes active participatory learning. Active learning means students have direct, hands-on experiences with people, objects, events, and ideas.
- Ages of students range from 2-6 years old
- Class sizes are anywhere from 15-30 students per class, depending on age.
- We follow a curriculum based around large and small group teaching, to help maximize one on one time with each student. This also helps with class management.
- We have many free choice activity facilities, including a swimming pool, sandbox, running track, soccer court, basketball court, playground, science room, library, role-play stations, cooking room, and more!

Requirements for candidates:

- Native English speakers only (for work visa purposes)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- TEFL certificate
