Responsibilities:
1. Develop and improve the localized production process and standards for European languages(Including but not limited to: German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.).
2. Develop style guides and translation rules for localized content in various languages, ensuring quality.(Including but not limited to text, dubbing, images, and local user habits)
3. Efficiently manage the internal and outsourced tasks for localizing different language versions atvarious stages of the project. This includes controlling costs, optimizing processes, adhering to timelinesand ensuring high-quality final deliverables.
4. Assist the qlobal publishing team in completing various online and/or offline marketing andoperational events, including translating and reviewing related texts, as well as communicating with locapartners.
5. Participate in localization testing for different lanquage versions of the game.


Requirements:
1. Native French or German speaker fluent in English.
2 Bachelor's degree or higher.
3.Passion for shooting/mecha games.
4.2+ years of project management experience in European language localization.
5. Expertise in localization outsourcing management, demonstrating the ability to establish anend-to-end production pipeline while fostering collaborative multilinqual localization efforts.
6. A keen professional acumen in evaluating the intent, semantics, and linguistic efficacy of gamelocalization content.
7. Excellent teamwork skils, analytical abilities, independent problem-solving skills, diligent and proactivework attitude.


Preferred qualifications:
1. Enthusiastic about mecha and science fiction.
2.Experience in literary writing.
3. Proficiency in using at least one CAT tool.
