Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing and organizing workflow related to human resources management and collaborate with other departments.
2. Establish and maintain daily personnel records for the Saudi office, process and update employment labor contracts.
3. Manage recruitment for the Saudi office, including posting job openings, selection and interview, and ensuring a talent pool that meets company growth needs.
4. Establish employee relations and organize employee activities.
5. Complete other personnel affairs arranged by the company.

Qualifications:
1. Candidates who can use Chinese and English as office language are preferred.
2. More than one year working experience in personnel administration.
3. Display strong professionalism, meticulous and serious, strong sense of responsibility.
4. Demonstrate effective communication and coordination skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
5. Proficiency in operating office software.
