A Senior Electrical Design Engineer, takes ownership of certain design subjects through whole Product Lifecycle, from design concept to validation in the lab or customer site, till phase out. Collaborate with functional teams for leading in engineering problem solving and achieving corporate targets.

Create technical specification sheet based on system or module level function and performance requirement documents
Follow the design process and implement design, including but not limited to: concept, calculation(or CAE) and details
Document the design result through plain documents, BOM, Schematic Diagram and 2D drawings, either by engineer himself or guiding junior engineer to implement those tasks
Work with teams to validate design results in the labs or customer sites
Reverse Engineering on certain existing parts and assemblies, create BOM, Schematic Diagrams and Drawings.

Common
>5 years in Semiconductor Equipment Industry, or complex automation equipment. Preferred CVD / ALD equipment related experience.
>2 years of experience as a project owner
>3 years of experience on main stream Electrical CAD software: Zuken E3, OrCAD, .. (not limited to)
Specific
Participate a project which build a new automation control system from scratch
Working with PLC or PC based control system

Common
Good English Reading and Writing skill
Use Microsoft Office software to generate kinds of report: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
Able to document electrical design via Electrical CAD Schematic Diagram and BOM
Specific
Able to configure AC and DC Power Rack based on system requirement
Understanding of electrical power distributor and safety protection
Understanding of safety protection, interlock design and Lock-out/Tag-out

Items below are optional, but are advantages for competition
Good understanding of RF Power configurations, safety measure and trouble shooting
Able to configure standard and customized cabinet based on system diagram
Experience of Semi-S2 certification
Basic operation of 3D Mechanical CAD(Open, View, measure, 2D/3D, Assembly)
Experience of PLM System, especially on PTC Windchill
