Vacancies:
1 Primary school ESL teacher

Salary: 24,000-30,000 rmb/m
Housing: 10,000 rmb/m for housing allowance
Fully paid summer and winter holiday.

Reports to: Head of ELC
Position Overview:
The heart of Huitong School philosophy is our belief that all children are naturally curious, born to be great thinkers, and form meaning from interactions with family, peers, teachers, and community. The Early Learning Teacher will be inspired by the Reggio Emilia model grounded in student autonomy and discovery of the world. The Teacher will demonstrate practices that reflect this approach by encouraging student independence spontaneity, curiosity, and by always asking more questions than giving answers. Respect for our young learners is at the core of the Early Learning program. The Early Learning Teacher will collaborate with, and be supported by, the Early years team.
